What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end execution of key program playbooks and implementation, including scoping, resource planning, risk management, and performance tracking.
  2. Drive disciplined execution across all stages of development—from concept, to development, to vendor management and through internal submissions.
  3. Engage directly with customers and field teams to gather insights, provide solution demonstrations, and ensure successful adoption of program elements.
  4. Oversee all aspects of learning platform operations—including course setup, enrollments, user roles, digital content management (version control, catalog updates), and Tier 1 support—while managing communications, request intake, engagement reporting, and weekly status updates.
  5. Project-manage education events from kickoff to close-out, including timeline development, stakeholder coordination, registration/logistics, and inventory management, ensuring a seamless learner experience.
