This role is for a Program Manager in Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) organization, focusing on leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve employee experience, optimize business processes, and enable organizational transformation. The role requires strong program leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in enterprise HCM platforms and project management methodologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic HCM programs and initiatives across multiple business functions.
  2. Partner with Human Resources, Talent Management, HR Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align program objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, priorities, risks, and issue resolution.
  5. Drive governance activities, including executive status reporting, steering committee meetings, and program reviews.
