Program Manager II for Amazon's International Seller Services, focusing on building next-generation recruitment enablement tools. What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end delivery of multiple global programs and product initiatives across lead generation, lead qualification, prioritization, assignment automation, opportunity management, and sales productivity.
  2. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering, and Operations teams to define business requirements, success metrics, implementation plans, adoption mechanisms, and long-term operating models.
  3. Build and improve recruitment enablement tools that help sales teams identify the right sellers, prioritize the right opportunities, and take timely action through scalable workflows.
  4. Drive AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives and self-service insights for sales users.
  5. Define and manage program mechanisms, including SOPs, process design, governance, WBR/MBR/QBR reviews, launch readiness, stakeholder communication, and post-launch performance tracking.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of program management, project management or product management experience
  • Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs
  • Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
  • Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
  • Experience delivering technology products or services in a high growth environment
  • 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (Generative AI), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
  • Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
