本ポジションは、アマゾンジャパンの日本全国に20拠点以上あるFulfillment Center（FC）ネットワーク全体のビジネスプランニング（BPT）またはBI Program（BIPM）を担当するProgram Managerのポジションです。BPTおよびBIPMチームはFC組織全体の経営企画室として機能しています。BPTが戦略・コスト・3PL管理を主導し、BIPMがデータ基盤・AI活用で全組織を支援する体制で、両チームが密接に連携しながらFC組織全体の最適化を実現しています。短期から長期まで幅広い業務を担当し、日々改善を重ねることで、豊富な品揃え・十分な在庫量・迅速な配送スピードをお客様にお届けします。数千人規模のセンターにおける事業計画の策定に関わるため、金額的なインパクトが大きく、会社全体に与える影響が大きな仕事です。

== English == This position is responsible for Business Planning (BPT) or BI Program Management (BIPM) across Amazon Japan's Fulfillment Center (FC) network of over 20 locations nationwide. You will leverage data-driven approaches to lead strategic planning, cost optimization, and cross-functional project management to support the growth and operational excellence of the FC organization.
■Team assignment For this position, we will comprehensively evaluate the candidate's experience, skills, and aptitude during the selection process, and assign them to either the BPT or BIPM team. Candidates with strengths in strategy development, cost management, and coordination with external vendors who wish to drive business growth from a management perspective will be assigned to BPT. Candidates with strengths in data analysis, dashboard development, and AI/automation who wish to solve operational challenges through technology will be assigned to BIPM.

Basic Qualifications
