What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Workplace Productivity team, with focus on AI in the flow of work, endpoints & devices, and SaaS tooling migration/adoption/deprecation.
  2. Lead the day-to-day management of a complex productivity program, including scope, schedule, risks, and delivery.
  3. Manage a portion of the Productivity portfolio milestones and contribute to business rhythms (quarterly/annual planning, biweekly portfolio reporting, monthly/quarterly business reviews).
  4. Develop and maintain project schedules, define timeframes, prioritize tasks, and ensure requirements are completed.
  5. Identify needed resources (people, technology, partners), monitor progress against milestones, and keep stakeholders informed of changes.
