Program Manager to lead design and implementation of international expansion infrastructure for Selling Partner Experience. Role will partner with internal teams to deliver and interpret metrics that improve the Global experience of our 2M Selling partners worldwide. Will lead the worldwide roll out to enable seamless international expansion for Sellers across Amazon's worldwide stores. Collective work across the program addresses key Seller pain points, transforming a historically fragmented, complex process into a cohesive global selling experience for Sellers while delivering broader selection and better value for customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with our cross-functional stakeholders to deliver across multiple workstreams
  2. Define, measure, and interpret metrics that evaluate Selling partner experiences across these workstreams
  3. Partner with internal teams to identify and implement program strategies to address opportunities for improvement in Seller applications.
  4. Contribute to cross-org XBR (WBR, MBR, QBR) reporting to showcase progress, risks and opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams through effective communication strategies, ensuring alignment on goals and driving consensus on implementation priorities.
