Program Manager for Google Data Centers, focusing on optimizing labor strategies and process improvements for the rapid deployment of Machine Learning racks and CDUs. This role involves designing and implementing solutions to scale data center operations globally, balancing safety, speed, cost, and reliability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and manage a portfolio of labor strategies to support rapid rack and CDU deployment.
  2. Ensure strategies support the various needs and constraints (local laws, regulations, etc.) of global regions.
  3. Maintain close alignment with capacity planning to understand evolving needs across all sites and execute labor strategies to ensure Data Center Operations (DCOps) is able to meet delivery requirements.
  4. Be primary DCOps representative for Speed of Light initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of deployment timelines.
  5. Contract with external parties to support business requirements as needed.
