Program Manager, In-house Performance Creative

Program Manager to build the operating system for high-velocity creative testing across paid growth, sitting at the center of creative production, paid media strategy, and performance analytics. This role will assess and implement new creative, AI, production, and measurement tools to increase creative testing volume and performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build the intake, briefing, production, feedback, delivery, and reporting process that helps the team increase creative testing volume.
  2. Work with ACD, Paid and Paid Creative Strategist to define the testing roadmap and priorities for the team.
  3. Evaluate new agencies, production partners, and vendor models to make sure the team has the right capacity and capabilities as creative volume scales.
  4. Ensure editors have the clips and source material they need to move quickly, partnering with Influencer and Marketing teams to source, organize, secure talent rights, and build up a library of great content.
  5. Assess and implement new creative, AI, production, and measurement tools that help the team produce higher-volume, higher-performing creative without adding unnecessary process or slowing down testing.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in creative operations, performance marketing operations, production, or program management at a high-growth consumer company
  • Track record of building systems that scale
  • Strong performance creative fluency
  • Strong prioritization and project management instincts
  • Clear communication
  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed
  • Low ego and strong team instincts

Nice to have

  • Direct paid creative ops experience is a plus
