This Program Manager role focuses on providing analytical support for an e-commerce innovation team. The role involves deep-dive analysis, building partnerships with analytics teams, producing independent analyses, and owning performance narratives. A key aspect is establishing a repeatable approach to leveraging generative and agentic AI tools to accelerate analytical output and reduce manual effort.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct hands-on analyses to answer critical business questions and surface insights that drive program decisions.
  2. Build and maintain deep working relationships with the E-Comm Analytics and WWGS Insights organizations.
  3. Produce analyses independently to support the work of partner analytics teams and provide bandwidth relief.
  4. Own program-level performance narratives including WBR inputs, business reviews, and leadership updates.
  5. Translate complex data and analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Skills

Required

  • program or project management experience
  • advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
  • Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • SQL

Nice to have

  • Experience using Microsoft Projects software
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
