Program Manager, Marketing

This role is for a Program Manager, Marketing who will build and run the operational backbone of Baseten’s marketing engine. The focus is on creating clarity, rigor, and velocity across marketing campaigns, funnel reporting, and cross-functional execution to ensure programs ship on time, campaigns go live flawlessly, reporting is trusted, and the team operates with precision. Responsibilities include campaign operations and QA, managing the marketing operating rhythm, reporting and funnel analytics, and process/documentation/systems improvement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end operationalization of marketing campaigns across paid, lifecycle, content, and ABM.
  2. Build and enforce QA standards to ensure every campaign is deployed accurately (tracking, routing, segmentation, reporting).
  3. Maintain clear performance reporting across funnel stages (traffic → MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue).
  4. Run the marketing operating rhythm: bi-weekly planning, sprint tracking, roadmap visibility, and QBR execution.
  5. Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Design to keep initiatives on track.
