What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively schedule and manage executive meetings, speaker prep sessions, and cross-team syncs
  2. Serve as the communication hub between product, marketing, regional, and executive teams
  3. Support projects in Wrike, ensuring all deliverables and dependencies are tracked
  4. Oversee intake, routing, and approval of presentation decks, videos, briefing documents, and customer stories
  5. Partner with show production leads to guarantee scripts, clickthrough’s, and onstage materials are ready
