What you'd actually do

  2. Supports the Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) Team by driving the design of policies and creating enabled resources, such as training materials and guides, to ensure effective adoption and understanding across the organization.
  3. Oversees critical programs, including the OFCCP government contract compliance and reporting program for the U.S., requiring close collaboration with U.S.-based vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Leads the ELR Global Case Management Program and Case Data Collection System, working with Employee Relations, Employment Legal, and Ethics & Compliance teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in managing global case workflows and data systems.
