This role is for a Program Manager, Product Marketing at Legora, an AI-native legal tech company. The primary responsibility is to operationalize product launches and marketing programs, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery. The role requires strong program management skills, communication, and the ability to manage external agencies. While the company is AI-focused, this role is not directly involved in building or researching AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the operational backbone of major product launches: build the launch plan, track every workstream, and keep owners accountable to dates.
  2. Manage the projects that keep the PMM engine running — campaigns, enablement pushes, content programs — from kickoff through delivery.
  3. Sit at the center of PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM and drive tight collaboration across all four.
  4. Establish and maintain the systems that make launches repeatable: trackers, status reporting, launch calendars, and retrospectives.
  5. When a deliverable slips or priorities collide, you triage, escalate the right things to the right people, and keep the launch on track without waiting to be told.
