Program Manager Senior for AT&T Global Public Sector supporting DoD and federal defense customers, focusing on logistics initiatives and technology development/integration. Requires managing complex projects, client liaison, and ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and compliance requirements in a mission-driven government environment. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a SECRET clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for managing projects or aspects of projects
  2. Providing guidance for specific tasks/subtasks
  3. Manages day-to-day activities and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements & standards
  4. Provides supervision of multiple complex projects and principal liaison responsibilities with client on all business, technical and cost matters for task project planning, scheduling and implementation
  5. Directs completion of projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Eight (8) + years of experience in managing and directing DoD projects and programs
  • Prior experience supporting USMC, DoD, or other federal defense organizations
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps organizational structures, operational processes, or logistics/IT environments
  • Experience briefing or supporting senior government or military leadership
  • Understanding of federal acquisition, compliance, or operational frameworks
  • Ability to operate effectively in a structured, mission-driven, and customer-facing government setting
  • Experience supporting programs with defined task orders, performance metrics, and delivery timelines
  • Ability to comply with all federal government contracting, suitability, and security requirements
  • Strong communication skills

Nice to have

  • SECRET clearance preferred
