  3. Drive execution excellence, tracking progress rigorously, identifying and resolving dependencies or roadblocks, evaluating risks, and ensuring clear communication of status and outcomes to leadership.
  4. Develop an understanding of A/V, Network, and on-prem IT capabilities and technical implementations to guide teams and ensure deployed solutions meet our robust and scalable standards.
  5. Oversee implementation of standardized A/V and/or corporate network solutions across new office builds, expansions, and renovations.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record as a Program Manager, successfully delivering cross-functional technical programs, ideally in a large-scale enterprise environment with global offices.
  • Competency with building and managing programs and projects in common project management platforms (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
  • Ability to learn and understand challenges and risks associated with IT infrastructure implementations.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), stakeholder management, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions objectively.
  • Metrics-driven approach with experience defining and tracking program success.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience with A/V systems, corporate networking (LAN/WAN), and on-prem IT infrastructure (e.g., server rooms, access points).
  • PMP and ITIL certifications.
