Program Manager to own and drive Anthropic's student outreach strategy, establishing Claude as the AI platform of choice for students worldwide. This role will lead flagship programs, develop new initiatives, define vision, build infrastructure, and drive execution for engaging student communities globally. The role requires significant autonomy, ability to operate with ambiguity, and make strategic decisions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the Claude Campus Ambassador Program, recruiting, training, and supporting student ambassadors at universities worldwide
  2. Build and scale Claude Builder Clubs to foster student communities around AI development
  3. Design and execute brand activations and event programming tailored for student audiences
  4. Develop overall strategy and positioning for Claude with the student persona
  5. Manage student hackathon partnerships at scale, including sponsorships, judging, and mentorship programs
