What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the planning and execution of team member giving programs, including crowdfunding campaigns and fundraising initiatives
  2. Manage end-to-end program operations, including timelines, contracts, communications, assets, and partner coordination
  3. Develop and execute integrated communication strategies to drive awareness, participation, and engagement
  4. Partner with internal stakeholders (communications, design, legal, procurement, and leadership) to deliver seamless programs
  5. Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit and internal partners to support giving and fundraising needs

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Ability to respond effectively to internal and external partner needs in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to have

  • 3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, employee giving, community relations, nonprofit program management, or related work
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing programs that drive engagement and measurable outcomes
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, YourCause, or similar systems
