Skills

Required

  • minimum of one year of leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years of experience in using project management methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience in building relationships with internal and/or external customers
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace aftermarket services
  • 1+ years of experience in the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices

Nice to have

  • Experience working effectively in a globally dispersed team environment
  • Experience with program transformation and/or new program implementation
  • Airline Experience is a plus
