Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Program Operations professional to support program planning, organization, and compliance activities for their Maritime program. The role involves developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating team efforts, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, monitoring progress and compliance, managing stakeholder communication, and identifying/mitigating risks. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in program operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment. Experience with federal government contracts and project management tools is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to support compliance with internal plans, customer contracts, and any subcontracts.
  2. Creating a plan for program execution, assigning tasks, and coordinating with team members on roles and responsibilities.
  3. Ensure deliverables and milestones are delivered in a timely manner consistent with program guidance.
  4. Tracking progress, monitoring compliance with program governance, and assisting in implementing corrective actions in program performance.
  5. Keeping internal stakeholders informed, managing expectations, and resolving issues.

Skills

Required
