The primary goal is to automate the collection, cleansing, analysis, and AI-driven extraction of strategic information from unstructured and structured data sources related to public sector clients and policies. The role involves managing and analyzing data, connecting it to AI for insights, and automating information gathering processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Automation of the collection of prospective customer information and public sector policy/initiative information belonging to public institutions.
  2. Cleansing and analysis of collected information.
  3. Connection of generated information to AI and extraction of strategic information.

Skills

Required

  • Ability to understand instructions and execute tasks autonomously.
  • Experience enabling the utilization of AI.
  • Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data, and enabling their connection to AI.
  • Task and schedule management ability.
  • Information gathering ability using Python for automated web information collection.
  • Communication skills.
  • Proficiency with IT tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello).
  • Fluent Japanese language skills.
