Programmatic Trading Specialist

This role focuses on programmatic trading within the digital advertising space, requiring expertise in the company's platform to provide strategic recommendations, troubleshoot campaigns, and analyze performance data. The specialist will act as a consultant to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with both Account Managers and Business Development colleagues to help drive performance and account growth
  2. Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues across multiple channels including Display, Online Video, and Connected TV
  3. Work with agency traders and planners to setup campaigns and provide optimization recommendations to ensure budgets deliver in full as well as hitting client KPIs
  4. Utilize Excel and other advanced analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to analyze large sets of data and create actionable insights
  5. Translate complex performance data into clear, compelling narratives and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that drive stakeholder understanding and action.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of consultative, client-facing work within ad tech (DSP experience highly preferred), digital marketing, finance or other data-heavy industries
  • Comfortable with client management and day to day communication
  • Strong ability to communicate complex topics to agency and brand direct stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize client asks as well as long term projects
  • Strong quantitative skills using tools such as MS Excel, Vertica and Power BI
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to build polished, executive-ready decks
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and internal stakeholders as well as work independently on daily tasks
