Salesforce is seeking a Programs/Strategy Analyst to join their Business Operations team in Continental EMEA. This role will support SalesDev and ECS teams, focusing on program planning, coordination, and execution based on performance trend analysis. The analyst will partner with sales leadership, make recommendations based on trends, own productivity improvement plans, and brief executives on cross-functional initiatives. A key aspect of the role involves identifying and promoting the best use of AI within sales teams and sharing best practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyse the health of the business by interpreting key performance metrics
  2. Co-ordination of all contributors to Field activations activities; delivering briefings, continuous improvement in content, reporting on results and successes, assessing effectiveness, recommending areas of improvement.
  3. Working with Sales Managers and Business strategy stakeholders
  4. Responsible for a consolidated demand generation plan/calendar to meet defined pipeline generation targets, taking into account priorities for the region.
  5. Create and Drive programs including planning process, involving key stakeholders in business development, ECS and management, aligning with marketing and enablement, while developing best practices.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role or business development, sales readiness, marketing or sales, business operations in a high tech environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative approach to solving problems
  • Proven track record in driving field activations / campaigns/ programs through and with a sales organisation
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong organisational ability, experienced in planning and managing a systematic approach to demand generation through sales teams
  • BS/BA required

Nice to have

  • MBA a plus
  • A second European language alongside English is desirable
