This role is for a Project Coordinator in Talent Acquisition, focusing on the India and APJC regions. The primary responsibilities include managing interview logistics, optimizing recruitment workflows, utilizing ATS and scheduling platforms, and leveraging reporting and analytics to drive accountability. The role also involves integrating AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks and improve efficiency, and maintaining data integrity within recruitment platforms. While the role uses AI tools and aims to improve efficiency with them, it does not involve building or shipping AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage end-to-end interview logistics for the India and APJC regions, ensuring a "wow-factor" experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  2. Lead process improvement initiatives that optimize regional recruitment workflows and align them with global talent standards.
  3. Execute advanced scheduling and coordinator tasks within GoodTime and our ATS (Greenhouse) to maintain a high-velocity hiring pace.
  4. Utilize reporting and analytics to track recruitment health, providing data-driven insights to the TA leadership team.
  5. Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to automate manual tasks and increase overall team efficiency.

Skills

Required

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in recruitment coordination or a high-touch operations role
  • Proven proficiency in managing candidate pipelines within an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and scheduling platforms like GoodTime.
  • Strong first-principles thinking and the ability to solve complex logistical challenges with a high degree of learning agility.
  • Deep customer orientation with the empathy required to manage delicate candidate and stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and a track record of adopting new technologies to improve work quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with recruitment reporting and analytics to measure and improve process efficiency.
  • Previous experience working across different regions within APJC.
