What you'd actually do

  3. Preparing dashboards, project reports, and status updates for the development team to visualize progress.
  4. Maintaining project budgets, identifying potential cost overruns, and meticulously tracking expenses.
  5. Recording and monitoring project action items to ensure no task falls through the cracks.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, controls, or management
  • Foresight and mature judgment in planning and guiding extensive projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily
  • Drug and alcohol program participation

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Proficiency in advanced project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or Jira)
  • Experience with budget forecasting and cost-benefit analysis
