Your Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer for JD Greeneville located in Greeneville, TN, you will:
- Plans, coordinates, and performs manufacturing and quality engineering work for Greeneville EPDP.
- Contribute to the design of engineering solutions;
- Design the feasibility testing approach and supervise its implementation to support the development and validation of engineering solutions.
- Develop safe, high‑quality, and efficient assembly processes for new product programs.
- In addition, support factory initiatives on outcomes of strategic planning as required.

What Skills You Need
- Knowledge and experience of tasks/responsibilities related to John Deere PDP Manufacturing Design and Quality Integration lanes.
- Competency in tech stack tools such as SAP, MPP, & PDM. (MRP/ERP - Mfg Process Planning Software - Parts Management/CAD Modeling)
- Experience in development of tooling and equipment procurement.
- Working knowledge of assembly torque and vision tools.
**What Makes You Standout **
- Data analysis and ability to formalize reports/information.
- Understanding of capital procurement and proven project management skills.
- Practice in risk management skills including D/S/P FMEA and SERA.
- Knowledge and practice of Lean Manufacturing.
**Education **
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
- BS Mfg Technology/Industrial Systems or similar area of study or equivalent experience
