  4. Manages planning, execution and control of small to medium scope facilities projects. Provides products and services to clients requirements.

  • Proven track record in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of automated solutions.
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis systems for monitoring and improving process performance.
  • Excellent communication skills to drive engagement and training related to new automation initiatives.
