Project Lead, Impact Strategy and Partnerships

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · San Francisco, CA

This role is a Project Lead focused on Impact Strategy and Partnerships within Salesforce's Office of the CEO. It involves managing corporate sponsorships, philanthropic coordination, financial operations, and event planning. While the company mentions AI extensively and uses AI tools, the core responsibilities of this role do not involve building or directly working with AI/ML models or systems. The role is primarily operational and strategic within a corporate giving and partnership context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a portfolio of high-profile corporate sponsorships, donations, and philanthropic partnerships, end-to-end — including procurement, compliance, stakeholder communications, and relationships.
  2. Produce and execute a high-volume calendar of corporate philanthropy and stakeholder events — including galas, check presentations, roundtables, and executive convenings — managing speakers, creative assets, guest lists, and REWS coordination end to end
  3. Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes for corporate donations and sponsorships, including Purchase Order creation, Coupa/MPC processing, invoice submission, and payment tracking across a high-volume portfolio of concurrent engagements
  4. Serve as primary POC for all new supplier onboarding — managing NDA routing, DocuSign processing, Purchaseforce submissions, commodity code verification
  5. Ensure proper vetting and compliance issues are met for all fund recipients.
