This role supports the delivery and continuous improvement of early-career programs within a Project Management Office. What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain accurate program data and deliver regular reporting and success metrics
  2. Partner with data stakeholders to collect, reconcile, and manage key monthly datasets
  3. Develop and execute data management practices to improve data quality, access, and usability
  4. Build and improve workflows using analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency and consistency
  5. Track and analyze program metrics to surface trends, risks, and opportunities for action

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, program management, operations, analytics, or a related role
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel capabilities
  • Experience using analytics and workflow tools (for example, Alteryx)
  • Ability to maintain high data accuracy and produce clear, consistent reporting
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across a range of seniority levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to new technologies, and escalate when appropriate
