What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between program management and the execution Integrated Product Team (IPT).
  2. Review and status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports.
  3. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
  4. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with customers, the IPT, the program office or other external stakeholders.
  5. Support the program manager in executing the program successfully by developing metrics and leading projects that drive effective management of safety, quality, schedule, delivery, and cost for fixed price contracts.
