What you'd actually do

  1. Leads execution of project statements of work for Fabrication Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational capabilities
  2. Integrates program and project plans, schedules, baseline/change management, and industry best practices into day-to-day execution
  3. Serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and success criteria
  4. Collaborates closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality, and other support functions to enable smooth project delivery
  5. Proactively identify, assess, and address project risks issues and opportunities

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years’ experience with program management, project management and/or business operations
  • 3+ years’ experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading projects using Project Management Best Practices and tools
  • Experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities) processes and tools
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Experience working within aerospace manufacturing or defense program environments
  • Experience developing business cases and financial analyses to support project decisions
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in risk management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
