Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with Executive Director (ED) level stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in numerical analysis, reporting, and data interpretation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (complex formulas/functions) and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
- Quick learner with the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- This role requires direct collaboration with Director-level and senior stakeholders across the organization, including Finance,HR,TA all Support and US team
- Ability to guide, support, and manage junior team members.
- Prior experience in a PMO (Project Management Office) environment will be an added advantage.
- Excel VBA automation or any MS office automation will be an advantage .
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
