Project Manager for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, focusing on driving customer success and managing delivery teams. This role involves understanding customer priorities, designing and scaling solutions, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will own the delivery and acceptance of project scope, ensure successful customer outcomes, and manage the consulting business for engagements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with customer(s) as well as Adobe License and Services Sales teams to clearly define and document project scope, requirements and integration points as they relate to solution implementation.
  2. Oversee project Delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests - including tasks, deliverables, resources, and estimated costs. Act as primary point of contact for the client(s) throughout the project life-cycle.
  3. Build and leverage relationships within Adobe to solve very complex customer problems, including working with product teams to enhance solutions.
  4. Lead regular communication with both external and internal teams and tie back our execution to customer expectations/value drivers.
  5. Achieve customer satisfaction through the successful delivery of a defined project scope and the successful realization of key business objectives and metrics.
