Requires experience in web development projects, managing large or multiple projects, leading distributed teams, risk management, and Agile methodologies. Technical background is not required but understanding of web development processes is beneficial.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead distributed teams—particularly web development teams based in the overseas—in the successful delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud projects.
  2. Drive project prioritisation by identifying, collecting, and analysing requirements, defining key business drivers, and translating them into effective, innovative web-based solutions.
  3. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
  4. Guide customers through their digital transformation journey by offering mentorship, sharing industry best practices, and articulating the value of Adobe Marketing Cloud.
  5. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and project execution frameworks

Skills

Required

  • 5-6 years of experience in technology or digital fields
  • Project Manager experience in web development projects
  • Experience managing large or multiple small projects simultaneously (leading teams of 10+)
  • Risk management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Experience applying Agile methodologies in web project delivery
  • Understanding of web development processes

Nice to have

  • Experience collaborating with offshore development teams, particularly in India
  • Japanese fluency for executive-level engagement
