  2. Perform business analysis to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities, and challenge the status quo where appropriate.
  3. Translate business needs into structured requirements (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria) and maintain clear documentation (process flows, functional/data requirements, decision logs).
  4. Collaborate with Technology teams (including developers and data scientists, where applicable) to clarify requirements, confirm feasibility, align on integration points, and finalize scope and delivery plans.
  5. Plan and execute testing activities, including UAT preparation, test case coordination, defect triage, and sign-off documentation, ensuring controls and auditability are maintained.

Skills

  • Exposure (academic or practical) to automating simple workflows (e.g., data pulls, transformations, and basic integrations) using Python and/or SQL, and/or basic experience consuming APIs (e.g., interpreting documentation, forming simple requests, and validating responses and payloads).
  • Familiarity with GenAI / LLM concepts (e.g., prompt design basics, output evaluation), with an understanding that enterprise use requires governance and data controls.
