Skills

Required

  • Experience leading implementation, delivery, or migration projects in payments, cards, FinTech, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of the cards and payments ecosystem and related client and market dynamics
  • Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, data architecture, and real-time processing environments
  • Ability to assess current-state environments and contribute to future-state designs and technical solution discussions
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect technical delivery to business value and financial impact
  • Confidence working across technology, business, and compliance functions, including senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile, SAFe, and/or Waterfall delivery environments
  • Analytical, adaptable, and comfortable operating in complex client settings
