Project Manager, Content and Integrity Operations

This role is for a Project Manager focused on content and integrity operations at Meta. The primary responsibilities include delivering projects related to community safety, analyzing user behavior, improving operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements
  2. Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  3. Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations
  4. Use problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
  5. Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment
  • 2+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
  • Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
  • Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
  • Experience making data-informed decisions on content or operational issues, including documenting rationale and trade-offs and exhibiting grace under pressure
  • Capacity to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
  • 1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Meta products and their community features
  • Knowledge of other programming languages, e.g. Python, R
  • Familiarity with content review operations workflows, escalation frameworks, or vendor management in a scaled operations setting
  • Exposure to process documentation methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks in an operations context
