Project Manager for Design and Construction at Unity, responsible for managing global office expansion projects, including tenant improvements and functional upgrades. The role involves budget management, vendor selection, stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects meet global build standards. Requires experience in delivering successful Tenant Improvement projects and strong organizational skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. At a high level you will be responsible for managing Global Office Expansion projects such as tenant improvements, functional upgrades and office densifications.
  2. You will collaborate with Unity’s Finance team to create budgets, report cashflow and other financial information, and to ensure that projects are delivered within budget tolerances.
  3. You will work with Procurement and Legal teams to conduct RFPs (request for proposals) and to select appropriate vendors to partner with Unity on our various projects.
  4. You will cooperate with our Lead of Design and Construction, Head of Real Estate and Workplace, as well as other REW leads and internal partners to develop project principles and scopes of work.
  5. You will lead all internal and external project communications, and keep all partners accountable to high quality and agreed scope and execute projects that meet our global build standards.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have

  • BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Construction Management or BA in Interior Design
  • Experience delivering renovations and/or tenant improvement projects
  • Facilities certification CFM, Project Management Programming (PMP) certification, IFMA credentials
  • Ability to use AutoCAD or REVIT
