What you'd actually do

  1. Create and manage project plans for onboarding new customers into Marqeta’s Disputes products and services.
  2. Lead project planning and deployment of new tools and features within the Disputes ecosystem.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to monitor progress, track tasks, and communicate status updates.
  4. Support process development and documentation for both internal teams and customers.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and help optimize onboarding workflows.
