Project Manager for AT&T Global Public Sector supporting VOIP services, MACD coordination, billing issue resolution, and customer service request management for the Intelligence Community. This role involves managing requirements, interfacing with vendors, resolving provisioning and billing issues, and serving as a point of contact for customer and technical staff. The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing performance metrics and reporting, and overseeing junior teammates. Requires TS/SCI with poly clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. This is a Project Manager position serving as an individual contributor for the Commercial Voice Operations (ops) team at Chantilly, VA.
  2. Will work directly with multiple stakeholders to receive, validate, and properly route requests to complete Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and VOIP service requests to minimize problems and decrease delays.
  3. Will serve as a liaison with the on-site Commercial Voice Ops Team for service orders, LECs, and AT&T Business Customer Service and Operations to resolve provisioning and billing issues.
  4. Furthermore, will serve as a single point of contact for the customer and AT&T technical staff to resolve service requests problems in a timely manner.
  5. Create, delete, and research required phone numbers and accounts as directed by the customer and utilizing required interactive tools (customer databases, ticketing systems, and other electronic mechanisms).
