What you'd actually do

  3. Develop a strong understanding of business processes, operating models, and stakeholder priorities to effectively translate requirements into actionable program plans.
  4. Manage and maintain program artifacts using JIRA, including status updates and action tracking.
  5. Lead or coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and post-launch activities for assigned projects.

Skills

Required

  • Accredited college or university degree.
  • Proven skills in managing or leading projects or initiatives from idea to execution, typically demonstrated through 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience supporting large-scale programs and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in using software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems and improve processes (e.g., Jira, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, LLM, and Signavio).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate program progression.
  • Independent ability to take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
