This role is for a Project Manager on the Manufacturing Engineering team at Anduril, a defense technology company. The role focuses on owning KPI tracking, enhancing transparency, generating reports, and improving efficiencies in the end-to-end manufacturing processes. It involves program oversight, data analysis, and systems/processes improvement, leveraging manufacturing data and systems like ERP, MRP, and PLM.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support program managers and manufacturing leadership in preparation and management of critical technical and business forums
  2. Provide structure to ambiguity and helping drive manufacturing engineering stakeholders towards decisions on tactical and strategic issues
  3. Develop and execute strategies to drive business impact and outcomes
  4. Execute scrappy analyses on short-timelines to get answers quickly, while also considering more scalable solutions that will make Anduril successful in the long term
  5. Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement manufacturing processes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on data analysis, program support, or process improvement
  • Strong analytical aptitude and can intuitively think about problems in terms of numbers and data-models
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences
  • A reliable self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, with attention to detail
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with MES, ERP, and PLM systems and how they interface with each other and with operations
  • Familiarity with Confluence/JIRA, SharePoint and Airtable
  • Familiarity with SQL, Typescript, PowerBI, Tableau, Foundry, Databricks
