Property and Asset Management Analyst (government and Capital)

This role is for a Property and Asset Management Analyst at Northrop Grumman, responsible for ensuring compliance with government and company property regulations. The analyst will manage property records, conduct inventories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve property-related issues. The position requires experience in property management and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure asset management compliance with applicable government requirements and regulations (e.g., FAR 52.245-1, DFARS 245.6, 252.245-7003, other applicable FAR/DFARS/DoD regulations) and with company procedures
  2. Review, update, and maintain property records in the property management tracking system/database (e.g., SAP), ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date information, including locations and status
  3. Receive and tag assets, and input information into the property tracking system
  4. Maintain property accountability records, and arrange for the identification, segregation, and disposal of surplus, obsolete, or excess material
  5. Perform property inventories, reconciliations, and support property surveys and audits

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant property management experience, or Master's degree with at least 1 year of relevant property management experience, or PhD with at least 0 years of relevant property management experience, or High school degree/diploma with at least 4 years of relevant property management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work
  • Ability to work hours as necessary to meet business objectives
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
