This role is for a Property Asset Management Analyst at Northrop Grumman, focusing on managing and tracking company assets. What you'd actually do

  1. Review acquisition and receiving documents, identifying ownership, determining proper property classifications, assigning and affixing property barcode labels which may require visiting numerous buildings throughout the NG Space Park campus.
  2. Create accountable property records in SAP.
  3. Continuously review and maintain property accountability records. This requires updating and enriching applicable property records in the property database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Perform and determine the identification of tangible assets (types and classifications of property).
  5. Work and collaborate with program management in the planning and execution of the property management life cycle outcomes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant professional experience in property asset management
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance

Nice to have

  • Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations, FAR 52-245.1 and applicable DFARS clauses
  • Experience with SAP
  • National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)
  • Space/Defense Industry experience
