What you'd actually do

  1. Plan, schedule, develop, review and submit proposals that effectively represent our strategy and baseline while limiting non-compliance and weaknesses.
  2. Collaborate with team members, other functions and stakeholders to compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) requirements.
  3. Support proposal activities of diverse and inclusive teams with high levels of engagement.
  4. Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in proposals, cost analysis, business management, contracts or subcontracts. Or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience in proposals, cost analysis, business management, contracts or subcontracts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use them in informing, presenting, negotiating and problem solving with a wide range of functions and people.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to make recommendations and provide guidance to effectively bring projects to completion.
  • Research and analyze historical data as well as develop cost models to support proposal efforts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
