What you'd actually do

  1. Plan, schedule, develop, review and submit proposals that effectively represent our strategy and baseline while limiting non-compliances and weaknesses.
  2. Collaborate with other team members to compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) requirements.
  3. Lead/support proposal activities of diverse and inclusive teams with high levels of engagement.
  4. Research and analyze historical data as well as develop cost models to support proposal efforts.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in proposals OR Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in proposals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Research and analyze historical data
  • Develop cost models
  • Experience reviewing, understanding, and responding to customer requests for proposal (RFPs)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
