This is a 12-month Protégé Program role within Pfizer's Vaccine Marketing team in Malaysia. The role involves providing administrative and operational support, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with ad hoc projects. It requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare/Pharmacy and Marketing, with strong independent work ability and teamwork skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. The purpose of Protégé Program is to support the Vaccine Marketing team by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department.
  2. Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  3. Liaising with internal stakeholder in other departments and with external contacts.
  4. Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
  5. Prepare marketing material and uploading material on Pfizer system
