Flock Safety is seeking a Public Affairs Manager in Minneapolis to engage with external stakeholders, including local elected officials and community leaders, to enhance public safety. The role involves representing Flock Safety externally, building credibility, developing partnerships, and advancing strategic policy objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled communicator with experience in public affairs and a passion for Flock's mission.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage with external stakeholders to enhance public safety in our communities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to engage with local elected officials, grassroots/grasstops organizations, and community leaders.
  3. Represent Flock Safety externally, including regularly speaking at city council meetings.
  4. Help build credibility across a variety of stakeholder audiences.
  5. Develop meaningful partnerships, and elevate the voices of our customers and those who benefit from our tools to help advance our strategic policy objectives.
