  1. Global HQ Alignment & Cross-Regional Collaboration : Closely with the Global PR & Communications team to ensure all local initiatives align with global messaging, brand positioning, and timelines.
  2. Localized Communication Strategy : Translate and adapt global narratives into culturally relevant and locally resonant messaging for the Korean market. Develop Korea-specific communication plans that reflect market dynamics, consumer sentiment, and regulatory considerations
  3. Media Relations & Thought Leadership : Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media, including business, tech, and broadcast journalists. Proactively identify media opportunities, including interviews, bylines, and speaking engagements. Manage press briefings, media events, and exclusive stories to strengthen brand positioning
  4. Real-Time PR Management : Lead rapid response communications in a fast-paced news environment. Collaborate with digital and social teams to ensure consistent messaging across owned and earned channels
  5. Integrated Product PR Execution: Ensure PR initiatives contribute to both brand awareness and business objectives

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of experience in PR or Corporate Communications
  • Global Collaboration Skills
  • Media Savvy
  • Bilingual Excellence (Korean and English)
