  2. Accurately understand, deliver, and articulate Oracle’s Local Government value propositions to local government agency prospects and decision-makers.
  3. Ability to demonstrate software solutions to agency leadership and end-users.
  4. Ability to work in a quick, agile growing business unit while still working within Oracle’s overall sales parameters.
  5. Assist and collaborate with the Sales Operations team to prepare RFP responses, pricing, and budgetary proposals.
