Develop and execute publicity strategies for local and international titles, including TV series, films, and unscripted content, to enhance brand reputation and audience engagement in the entertainment industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive publicity strategies across Netflix’s local and international slate, including series, films, and unscripted titles.
  2. Identify compelling narratives, newsworthy moments, and culturally relevant opportunities that generate earned media coverage and audience conversation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media partners, creators, talent representatives, production partners, and influencers.
  4. Lead talent publicity efforts including press tours, junkets, interviews, media events, screenings, and title launches.
  5. Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Social, Content, Events, and Consumer Products to deliver integrated title campaigns.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 9 years in public relations or related expertise within the entertainment industry.
  • Fluent in both English and Korean.
